Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 USD (before taxes and after discounts).

3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (48 contiguous states).
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
5. Delays and Issues
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at kololnjki@aol.com and we will assist you promptly.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Damaged: Please email us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Lost: If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first. If unresolved, contact us for further assistance.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States.
