Refunds
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened toothpaste, used toothbrushes, or custom orthodontic products cannot be returned.

Return Approval:
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Processing Time:
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at kololnjki@aol.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
